Illustrations - Bespoke Drawings - Design

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Charlotte on my Mum's bespoke 80th birthday family tree. From the initial consultation, I knew Mum's heritage was in safe hands. Charlotte listened carefully to the brief, asked helpful pertinent questions, and came up with some great ideas to develop my 'back of a napkin' sketch!

Charlotte worked to an incredibly tight timeline to deliver the piece and it is absolutely stunning. We couldn't be happier with it and some tears were definitely shed at its unveiling! Can't wait to commission the next one for Dad's 80th....! Thank you so much Charlotte

I commissioned Charlotte to copy and enhance a photo of my children. Charlotte listened carefully to what I wanted, making suggestions about colours and asking about the level of detail I wanted. The final product was beyond what I expected. Charlotte captured the happiness from the photo and enhanced it with a colourful, varied bower, as I’d requested. The picture was a gift for my mother in law who was thrilled and fortunately Charlotte had a copy of the picture made so I could also give it to my mum. I would highly recommend Charlotte and will not hesitate to commission her again.

I loved Char’s style and wanted a kingfisher tattoo so I asked her to design it for me. She consulted and kept me updated through different stages of the process to ensure it was what I wanted. I was so happy with the final result I had it put on my body permanently.

I’ve ordered two commissions through Art Works by Char and was incredibly impressed by the time, effort and care that went into both of them. The first was an illustration of my in law’s beloved dogs with a holiday twist - it’s now hung up pride of place in their snug and gets smiles out of everyone who see it. Beautiful work and great service! I ordered a custom drawing of our pets for my husband, and the final artwork captured our fur babies better than I could have imagined. Char made the entire process fun and effortless. The final print arrived in perfect condition (we’re based in America) and now hangs in the center of our house. We love it!

What great creative talent!
I had a bag of concert, theatre and festival tickets so I commissioned Char to create an artwork. She really listened and captured the vision I had. The result - I love It!The way she has arranged them is just right and used the wrist bands as a border. It looks great.
